It is manufactured from a mixture of thermoplastic polymers and additives including elastomers. The DPC is suitable for residential, commercial and multi storey buildings.The DPC can be site formed into built-in or surface fxed cavity trays to manage the downward passage of water in cavity wall applications.The DPC can also prevent harmful ground gases from entering into the cavity, and is suitable for use as a gas DPC for NHBCAmber 1 conditions or where radon gas exists. The DPC can also be used on sleeper walls below a ground foor construction e.g. beam and block foor system.
