The 50mm I Stud at 3.6m or 3600mm is used in conjunction with metal stud wall partitioning systems. I STUDS like C STUDS act as the vertical supports in drylining although provide greater strength allowing for increased wall heights, hence more common in commercial applications. The I- Stud is effectively a back to back C - Stud therefore offering greater strength to the partition system. This product acts as a separating device that effectively holds the plasterboard in place. It maintains the strength of the wall partitioning by acting as a supporting structural beam.
